Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

How to Cancel:

• Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
• Select the order you want to cancel
• Click on "Cancel Order" button

Cancellation Timeframe:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled
• For COD orders, cancellation must be done before dispatch

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for cancelled orders and products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Eligibility:

• Cancelled orders (before shipment)
• Damaged products received
• Defective products
• Wrong products delivered

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after verification
• Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
• For online payments, refunds are processed to the same card/account
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (account details required)
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Refund Amount:

• Full refund for cancelled orders
• Full refund for damaged/defective products
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong item

Non-Refundable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
• Products returned after the return period
• Products without original packaging
• Customized or personalized products

EMI Cancellation

For orders paid via EMI (Equated Monthly Installments):

• Cancellation of EMI orders follows the same policy as regular orders
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Any processing fees charged by the bank/financial institution are non-refundable
• Future EMI installments will be cancelled automatically upon refund
