Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹500
  • Express delivery available at additional charges
  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days (if available)
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and product availability
  • You will receive tracking information via SMS and email

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day

Delivery Process:

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for products that are damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product

Exchange Timeframe:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Pickup is arranged within 2-3 business days
  • Replacement is shipped within 3-5 business days after verification
  • Total exchange process: 7-10 business days

Non-Exchangeable Items
