Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹500
- Express delivery available at additional charges
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout
Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express delivery: 1-3 business days (if available)
- Delivery time may vary based on location and product availability
- You will receive tracking information via SMS and email
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on the next business day
Delivery Process:

- Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details

Exchange Policy
We offer exchange for products that are damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product
Exchange Timeframe:

- Pickup is arranged within 2-3 business days
- Replacement is shipped within 3-5 business days after verification
