Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. This ensures you receive a quality product that meets your expectations.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products received. Other issues will be handled through warranty claims and brand authorized service centers.
Return Eligibility for Damaged Products
You can return a product if it arrives damaged or defective, provided:
- Product is damaged upon delivery (visible damage, not working, etc.)
- Return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is in original packaging with all accessories
- Photos/videos of damage are provided for verification
How to Return a Damaged Product

- Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the damage
- Our team will verify the damage and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- We will arrange free pickup of the damaged product
- Upon verification, we will process a replacement or full refund
Replacement & Warranty Support
For products that are not damaged but have issues during use:
- We provide assistance in getting replacements through brand authorized service centers
- We help coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers
- Our support team guides you through the warranty process
- All warranty claims are processed as per manufacturer guidelines
Note: Products covered under warranty will be handled through the manufacturer's authorized service centers. We provide complete assistance in facilitating these claims.
Refund Process
For approved returns (damaged products only):
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after verification
- Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Free pickup is arranged for damaged products
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
